- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Minutes ago at morris IL location after depositing money at the bank and running numerous errands, I ask to use restroom and was told they don't have one. Had to walk to Culver's next door to use the bathroom. Really with all the money we put into the bank you would think they would have the decency to let us use the bathroom. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Heidi Patterson - Branch Manager - Is extremely unprofessional and rude. I work for a company that holds a business account with Chase and I bring in deposits daily. Today, I waited for 10-15 minutes before Heidi came to help her staff in the back. When she did come, she called up the next person in line (me) and when I stated I had a deposit to make, she asked me to step aside so she could "get the line down", as if I was not the person waiting in line the longest. I feel like this is extremely disrespectful because I waited my turn and my time is just as valuable as any other patron. I was so upset that I took my deposits and left. I am definitely reporting this situation, it is clear from the other Google reviews, that Heidi is the problem. I have never had a negative experience with any other employee at that branch, all very wonderful people.By Heather Cecil, June 01, 2017
